十一届三中全会以来的知识分子政策，在党的历史上是最好的。这是以邓小平为核心的第二代党中央领导集体科学地总结了党的历史经验和教训，继承发展了毛泽东在革命战争时期、周恩来在社会主义革命和建设时期关于知识分子工作的正确理论和政策，又坚决地纠正了“文化大革命”及其以前“左”的错误而形成的。党关于知识分子的正确政策的形成，必将极大地调动知识分子的积极性、主动性、创造性，从而大大推动中国社会主义现代化建设事业发展前进。

The author points out the CPC’ s policy towards Chinese intellectual since the Third Session of the Eleventh CPC Congress is the best one in the history of CPC. This policy is made by the CPC leading group headed Deng Xiaoping that had carried on the correct theories and policies about intellectuals made by Mao Zedong and Zhou Enlai in the long time and summarized the past experiences and had drawn the lessons caused by wrong policies. And this policy will continue to bring the enthusiasm, initiation and innovation of Chinese intellectuals into full play and to give a great impetus to the modernization of China. [
