摘要
21世纪西部开发战略已经开始实施，新疆作为西部开发重心之一，通过对其区域特征的分析，制定正确的区域发展战略是至关重要的；在新疆众多的经济特征中，资源特色非常突出，文章用动态比较的方法分析新疆资源状况，并以此审视新疆经济发展战略。
The paper believes that in implementation of China’ s West Development Strategies, it is important for Xinjiang to work out its own strategies for regional development by analyzing its regional properties. And the author thinks that of all the economic properties of Xinjiang, the property of its natural resources takes a special position and the paper analyses the conditions of natural resources of Xinjiang by dynamic comparative approach and with this it views the economic development strategies of the region.
