摘要
文章使用多种研究方法,对新疆多民族聚居区中小学教师从思想政治素质、文化科学素质、教育科学知识与教育、教学能力、心理素质等四个方面进行了详细的分析,并提出了相应的对策和建议。
Multi- methods are used to study the political quality, humanistic quality, knowledge of education and abilities in teaching, psychological quality of primary and secondary schools of Xinjiang multi- nationality areas and corresponding measures are suggested. [
