摘要
目的:为该药的质量控制和含量测定提供可靠的依据和方法。方法:在硅胶高效薄 GF 层板上采用双波长扫描法测定不同厂家生产的正青风痛宁片中青藤碱的含量,以甲苯乙酸乙酯甲醇水--:::上层清液,每毫升加浓氨水作为展开剂;双波长反射法锯齿扫描,测定波长为λ2421)100.04ml λ。结果:通过方法的考察表明,青藤碱点样量在~μ范围内成良好的线性275nm,=320nm1.2357.400g关系,平均回收率为,,。结论:实验表明,操作简便快速,数据准确,板99.87%(RSD=0.94%n=5)间误差小,方法可靠。
Objective:A HPTLC scanning method was established for the quantitive determination of Sinomenine “”in Zheng Qing Feng Tong Ning Tabellae. Methods:A mixture of 10ml upper liquid of the mixture ofmethybenzene,ethyl acetate,methanol and water(a:4:2:1) and 0.0ml ammonia liquor was used as developingλλ×solvent, dual wavelenth reflection zizag scanning was performed: =275nm,=320nm slit width:0.4mmμ~μ4mm;ensitivity:medium;linear parameter:S=3.Results:The linear range was 1.235g7.700g,the regression equation:Y=8486.3X+5683.9,r=0.9999;average recovery is 99.87%,RSD=0.94%.Conclusion:the suggestedmethod was precise and accurate,with reliable results.
