On Chinese Response to Counter－Dumping Proceedings in Foreign Business and Trade

进入２０世纪９０年代以来，我国遭受反倾销起诉越来越多。外国的反倾销使我国部分主要商品的出口市场不断萎缩，相应产业效益下滑，企业停产。这种势头如果不加以有效遏制，国外反倾销将成为我国对外贸易发展的主要障碍。本文就加强中国反倾销应诉工作的有关问题进行了探讨。

Some problems concerned with China's response to foreign counter－dumping proceedings are discussed in the paper. China has been involved in more and m ore counter－dumping proceedings since 1990s. As a result, counter－dumping measures taken by foreign countries have drastically reduced the market share of some of our main exports. The relative industries have also sustained beneficial losses and even their production has been forced to stop. Such foreign counter－dumping influence will definitely turn out to be a big obstacle on the country's way to foreign trade development unless it is effectively checked.
