摘要
采用高效薄层色谱双波长扫描法对青风藤中青藤碱的含量进行了测定。此法简便快速，重现性好，稳定性高，数据可靠，平均回率为99.77%，变异系数为1.28%。
A method for the quantitive determination of sinomenine in “Sinomenium” was de veloped by double waveleath HPTLC densitometricsanning.Through sample scanning,st ability investigation and recoverytests,it was found that the suggested method w as precise and accurate,and the results of determination reliable.
