中国与美国的中央银行法律制度之比较

A Comparative Study of the Legal systems for Central Bank between China and United States

美国的中央银行法律制度在世界有其独特而鲜明的特点，本文从中央银行的体制、法律地位、货币发行三方面，将美中两国中央银行法律制度中的规定作了比较分析，为我国今后修订和完善现行的中央银行法──中国人民银行法，提出了一些思路和建议。

American legal system for Central Bank is quite distinctive among those of other countries. This paper aims at making a comparative study of the legal system for Central Bank between China and the United States in the following three aspects, e.g. the system for Central Bank; legal status and issuing of currency. The author hopes this paper will be helpful for amending and perfecting the existing law for Central Bank──Law of China People Bank.
