经济全球化呼唤高层次创新人才 ;高校的生命力体现于高层次创新人才的培养 ;只有构筑高层次创新人才培养的人才高地 ,才能克服人才培养的某些弊端。而途径在于以着力提高教师素质为根本、以强化大学生素质教育为基础、以发挥研究生潜能为重点。抓根本就要改变传统的教学模式、改变师生关系的不平等、改变教师的终身制 ;抓基础尤其要解决好使学生学会“做人”的问题 ;而解决好这一问题的中心环节是抓好思想政治素质的提高 ;抓潜能就要突破只会运用单一学科知识的现状、突破课堂灌输过多的局面。

The economic globalization is calling the high level innovatory talents and the great vitality of colleges and universities embodies the fostering of the high\|level innovatory talents. Only if we construct the most suitable environment for fostering the high\|level innovatory talents can we get rid of some abuses in fostering the talents. Its effective way lies in fundamentally enhancing the teachers' quality, basically strentthening the college students' quality education and emphatically bringing all the postgraduates' potentialities into full play. Concentrating on what is of basic importance means transforming the traditional teaching modes, valuing the students' position of main part and enhancing the teachers' quality. Getting to the ideological basis particularly refers to the proper solution to the problem how the students learn to be the honest people. The key link for solving this problem is to enhance their ideological and political education. Giving full play to the students' potentialities signifies breaking through the present situation in which the students can only make use of the single discipline's knowledge and the teachers overload them too much in the classes, as well as breaking through the original modes of fostering and management.
