由财务管理角度出发 ,改变以往从体育课程角度对体育工作评估的思路 ,从学校整体工作出发全面评估学校体育工作 ,进而建立高校体育经费财务管理评估体系 ,确定权重系数 ,并制定科学的评估标准和方法。

The system of assessment quota has changed the idea of traditional ones towards the college physical education. We should assess P.E. work from the financial supervision point of view. By this way, the college P.E. financial supervision assessment system will be set up and the more scientific assessment standard and methods will be formulated.
