摘要 该文介绍了利用落锤液压动标装置实现准动态校准的方法 ,用 980 4批铜球准动态校准的数据 ,通过量纲分析和回归分析 ,建立了铜球准动态校准的经验模型。该方法避开了缺乏高压下液压油的准确物性数据的困难 ,所得公式物理意义明确 ,可用来预报压力脉冲的峰值和脉宽之大小。文中用不同批次铜球准动态校准的计算结果与实测值进行了比较 ,证明了该模型之可靠性及实用性。 The means of accomplishing quasi dynamic calibration by drop hammer dynamic calibration system is described.With the data acquired from quasi dynamic calibration on copper balls,the experientail model is made by dimension analyis and regression analysis.This means avoids the difficulty that the accurate physical data of hydraulic pressure are scarcely high pressure and the physical significance of the acquired equation is explicit.The equation can be used to forecast the peak value and pulse width of the pressure pulse.According to the comparison between the calculational results of quasi dynamic calibration on copper balls of different types and practical measuring value,the reliability and utility is testified.
