该实验以草莓为材料 ,建立了一种适合于提取富含多酚、多糖等次生物质的植物RNA的方法 ,此方法在酸性条件下用苯酚 /氯仿 /异戊醇进行抽提去除DNA ,并用乙二醇丁醚来除去植物组织提取液中的多糖、多酚等次生物质 。

With strawberry material,one useful method was established for extracting total RNA from the plants with plenty of such secondary products as polyphenols and polymeric carbohydrates.The method uses phenol and chloroform and isopentanol to clear away DNA under the acid prerequisite,and uses ethylenglycol monobutyl ether to clear away polyphenols,polymeric carbohydrates and other secondary products from plant tissues,and then can receive the high quality RNA sample
