在讨论知识经济促使消费观念发生了变革并为以快速成型技术为纽带的分散网络化制造提供可能性的基础上，介绍了旨在解决企业规模效益和多品种生产率之间矛盾的分散网络化制造；讨论了在中国实施分散网络化制造，往往是以快速成型技术为纽带的现状；分析了虚拟企业功能上的不完整性、地点上的分散性和组织上的非永久性等特点，指出了这正是我们需要突破斯密／泰勒／法约尔瓶颈的第五代管理的组织结构形式，也是适合我国国情的、可持续发展的、先进的和最有希望的一种生产模式．

This paper discusses the background that knowledge economy promotes the changes of customers' concept and the possibility of distributed network manufacture linked by RP, introduces the distributed networks manufacture which solves the problem with economic scale and rate of varied products, describes the existence that distributed manufacture net in China is generally linked by RP, analyses the characteristics of virtual enterprises: incomplete functions, wide geographical distribution and dynamic organization, and points out this structure of organization is the fifth generation management that we need, to break the bottleneck of Smith/Tailor/Fayol and that is an advanced and hopeful production form of continuous development, and suitable in China.
