摘要
就防洪减灾，阐述了猛进水库防洪调度系统的必要性；并进一步对猛进水库防洪调度的系统构成和软件设计做了研究和说明．
This paper introduces the necessity of mobilization system of preventing flood and decreasing disaster in Mengjin reservoir, and makes the research on and illustration to the structure and software design of the system.
