摘要
提出了网络陶瓷增强金属基复合材料的新构思 ,设计和制备了一种新型的网络陶瓷增强铝合金复合材料 通过对网状陶瓷增强铝基复合材料磨损表层形貌分析可知 ,复合材料的磨损机理比基体合金复杂 。
A new idea of three dimensional network ceramics (Skeleton) reinforced metallic composite was put forward,and a new network ceramics reinforced aluminum alloy composite was designed and fabricated.It is found that the wear mechanism of composite,whose cohesion and abrasion play the roles simultaneously,is more complex than the matrix alloy.
