摘要
从传质微分方程出发建立了关于凝胶层浓度的数学模型,理论描述了凝胶层浓度与主体液浓度、操作压力、流速等因素的关系。实验验证了理论计算结果,并从凝胶溶胀热力学的角度对结果做了分析。
Based on the two dimensional differential equation of mass transfer,a mathematic model describ-ing the concentration variation of gel layer on membrane surface in parallel ultrafiltration process is es-tablished.The influences of pressure difference,flow rate and concentration of bulk fluid on gel layerconcentration can be predicted from the model.Ultrafiltration experiment with bovine serum albuminsolution is carried out.Good approximation are found between experimental and calculated results,which is further explainable by the thermodynamoic theory of swelling gel.
