低碱度钢渣基油井及地热井胶凝材料的研究——Ⅳ富铁低碱度钢渣的水热反应及胶凝性 被引量:6

摘要 通过XRD、DTA -TG、SEM和EPMA等手段研究了富铁低碱度钢渣的水热反应、水热产物及其胶凝性。结果表明 :富铁低碱度钢渣的水热反应产物为水化钙铁石榴子石 ;富铁低碱度钢渣—石英砂体系的水热反应产物以Fe—tobermorite为主 ,蒸压强度显著提高 ;富铁低碱度钢渣—石灰体系的水热反应产物为高碱度的C2 SH。 Via XRD?DTA-TG?SEM and EPMA, studying hydrothermal reaction, hydrothermal products and cementitious characteristics of iron-rich low-alkalinity steel slag. Results indicate, the main products of iron-rich low-alkalinity steel slag is calcium-iron hydrogarnet, Fe-tobermorite is the main product of iron-rich low-alkalinity steel slag and quartz system, and it's autoclaving intensity is higher than that of former, high-alkalinity C 2SH is the main products of iron-rich low-alkalinity steel slag and lime system.
