摘要 本文从非对称膜的形成机理研究了聚砜中空纤维超滤膜的结构形态。重点考察了在初生态纤维内、外各自的表面上,溶剂与沉淀剂的不同交换速率对中空纤维超滤膜的表皮及断面结构的影响,结果表明:要制备只有单皮层(例如内皮层)的中空纤维超滤膜,在加速初生态纤维该(内)表面上溶剂与沉淀剂交换的同时需延迟另一个(外)表面的凝胶;当内、外表面上的交换速率相近时,可得到双皮层的中空纤维超滤膜。根据上述原则制备了具有不同结构的聚砜中空纤维超滤膜。 In this paper the morphology of Polysulfone hollow fiber membranes has been investigated by themechanism of formation of asymmetric membranes.The effect of different rate of exchange betweenthe solvent and precipitant on the inner and outer surfaces of the nascent fiber on the skin(s) and sur-port layer of the final membrane is discussed imphatically.The results show that in order to prepare ahollow fiber ultrafiltration membrane with single skin(for example,inner skin)one need delay thegelation on another(outer)surface while accelerating the exchange between solvent and precipitant onthis(inner)surface of the nascent fiber and that a hollow fiber ultrafiltrtion membrane with two skinswill be gained when the rate of exchange on the two surfaces is close.Polysulfone ho(?)ow fiber mem-branes showing different structure are prepared by application of the above rules.
