本文简单地介绍了中民大厦结构布置及整体计算，对无粘结预应力板、梁非预应力钢筋的设计进行了探讨，提出了由于预应力筋及非预应力筋混凝土保护层厚度不同，在设计施工中所采取的措施。

The paper introduced the structure layout and overall calculation of Zhonming Building, dis-cussed the design of non-cementatory prestressed slab and non-prestressed reinforced bar, and some mea-sures that should be taken in the design and construction owing to the difference between the thickness of the protective layer of non-prestressed reinforced concrete and the prestressed reinforced bar.
