摘要
本文通过对PVC 超滤膜浓缩明胶溶液过程的研究,证实用PVC UF 膜取代传统的明胶浓缩工艺是可能的。作者用PVC UF 管式膜分离器,将明胶溶液以0.748%浓缩至17.2%,截留率大干90%.并通过实验,研讨了温度和流速对浓缩过程的影响。
The present paper indieates the posibility of using PVC UF membrane to concentrate of gelatin—water solution instead of traditional double—effect evaporation ahead is capable of removing majorpart of water at lower energy consumption.The data of the effects of operation temperature and linearrate of the feed flow on PVC UF membrane process for this purpose were given.
