摘要
在专家对来稿的评审中 ,当评审因子和稿件数量较多时 ,用传统的定性评审方法往往难以对来稿学术水平得出较为准确的结论 .运用AHP法构建了科学论文质量评审的递阶层次结构 ,用FAHP法求其指标权重 ,并建立了一个适用于科学论文学术水平评审的多级多目标模糊数学模型 .
It is guite often a bit difficult for reviewers to come to a perfectly correct conclusion on the academic level of a science and technology paper when more manuscripts are just reviewed in the traditional way with necessary considerations accorded more factors. With a multilayer structure built up using the AHD method, and weights obtained using the FAHP method for the factors, a multi level multi target fuzzy mathematic model has been established for evaluation of science and technology papers for their academic levels.
