摘要
阐述了聚合物改性水溶液硅酸盐涂料的实验机理 ;以硅酸盐为主要成膜物质 ,并添加其他有效的聚合物成分 ,用于改善水溶液硅酸盐涂料的耐温性、耐候性、耐水性等 .采用方法为 :选取含有R -CH2 -OH结构的物质 ,如聚乙烯醇水溶液 ,来增加硅酸盐涂料的粘稠度 ,同时添加热缩性树脂的水乳液作为辅助成膜物 ,使有机树脂进入Si-O -Si网状结构的间隙中 ,延缓涂膜在冷热交替中的伸缩 .实验结果为 :在 (2 5± 1)℃泡 ,96h涂层无异常变化 ;在 5 %HCl或在H2 SO4 中浸泡 48h ,涂层无异常变化 .在 (2 5± 2 )℃水、- (2 0± 2 )℃冻各为 4h为一次循环 ,涂层无变化 ;结果表明 ,该涂料具有优良的耐水性 ,能承受长期雨水冲刷 ,优良的耐温变性 ,耐冻融性 ,抗老化性等 .
The filming mechanism of polymer changed alkaline silicate calcimine is discussed in this paper. This paint is made by adding silicate calcimine and other polymer to improve its water resistance, heat resistance and weather resistance. Substance with R-CH 2-OH structure is added to improve its viscosity and pyrocondensation resin is added to fill in the blanks between Si-O-Si network to reduce the condensation caused by heat change. Then the properties of the paint is tested. The test result: at the temperature of (20±1) ℃, for 96 hours, no abnormal change is found on the coating. The coating is immersed in 5% HCL solution for 48 hours and no abnormal change is found on the coating. The coating is frozen at (25±2)℃ and (-20± 2)℃ respectively for 4 hours and no abnormal change is found on the coating. This shows that the developed paint has good water resistance, heat resistance and weather resistance.
