摘要
电工产品中微量水分的存在对其质量和使用寿命有很大影响 ,因而通常采用真空处理工艺对其进行干燥处理 ,以除去其中的水分。该文比较了各种常见微量水分测试方法的优缺点 ,着重研究了干燥过程中微量水分测试的谱分析方法 ,并按谱分析法的工作原理设计了微水分测试装置 。
The micro moisture in electrical products has significant effect on their quality and life, and the vacuum processing technique is usually used to remove the micro moisture from the products. In this paper, many common methods of micro moisture measuring are compared, and the method of spectrum analyzing is introduced in detail for measuring the micro moisture. According to the principle of the spectrum method, a set up is designed to achieve on line monitoring of the micro moisture during vacuum drying of the electrical products.
