摘要
对进口的纺丝热牵伸机的牵伸轴进行了结构分析与强度计算 ,详细考查了可能引起牵伸轴失效与断裂的因素 :静荷强度、冲扭、急停和疲劳强度等 ,并进行了相应的理论计算。分析与计算结果表明牵伸轴的断裂主要是由缠丝和冲击引起的 ;同时 ,文章分析结论也为同类型轴的失效、断裂综合分析和改进设计提供依据及参考。
In this paper,the structure analysis and strength calculation are made for the tensive shaft of the heat winding machine.All the factors which can cause fatigue and fracture are examined, such as static load strength,impact and twist,dead stop and fatigue strength, etc,and the theoretical analysis and caculation are carried out. It is concluded that the factors that result in the fracture of tensive shaft are the twisted rayon and the impact.The obtained conclusion is important for the fatigue and fracture analysis of the same kind of shafts and the modification of the design of the shafts.
