In the control field of computer industry, more and more real time control systems and test systems based on DOS is transplanted to Windows. A quick response to interrupt is the most basic requirement in real time control systems and test systems. In this paper, a simple and efficient methods is introduced, which uses a tool VtoolsD and Vsiual C ++ to program VxD (Virtual Device Driver),then a rapid response to hardware interrupt can be realized in the environment of Windows 95/98.
