摘要
研究了马来酸酐、丙烯酰胺和丙烯酸甲酯对含CaCO3 合成水的阻垢效果 .探讨了阻垢率与共聚物用量、Ca2 + 浓度、碱度和恒温时间的关系 ,并对共聚物对氧化铁的分散性能进行了评定 .实验结果表明 ,该共聚物性能良好 ,可用作工业循环冷却水系统的阻垢剂 .
The copolymer of maleic anhydride , acrylamide and methyl acrylate was synthesized in this paper. The scale inhibitor action of the copolymer to synthetic water containing CaCO 3 was studied. It was found that the relationships between the inhibition action and added copolymer amount, Ca 2+ concentration, alkalinity, constant temperature time of the solution were discussed, and the property of dispersing iron oxide was investigated . The experiment results showed that the copolymer had quite good effect and was able to use in cooling water for industrial cycle.
