摘要
首先借助Reynolds方程导出挤压油膜的压力分布 ,然后采用二系数法分析挤压油膜阻尼器的非线性特性 .理论分析和实例计算的结果都表明 :阻尼器的刚度系数和阻尼系数都是非线性变化的 ,且是一个高度非线性的元件 ,用二系数法对其进行线性化会产生很大的误差 .
Stress distribution of squeeze film, first, is derived by Reynolds equation. Next, nonlinear property of a squeeze-film damper is analyzed with the aid of 'two coefficient method'. Last, some examples are given. The analytical and computational results show that its rigidity coefficient and damping coefficient change nonlinearily, and the damper belongs to the high nonlinear element. So, the produced error is large if the nonlinear force is linearized by two coefficient method.
