摘要 目的 :研究端粒酶与 p 5 3、p16基因在非小细胞肺癌 (NSCLC)中的表达及其意义。 方法 :应用SP法免疫组化技术和TRAP法分别检测 40例肺癌组织中端粒酶和p5 3、p16基因的表达。 结果 :端粒酶及p 5 3、p16基因在NSCLC中的阳性率分别为 92 .5 %、37.5 %和 6 6 .7% ;p5 3基因阳性表达率与NSCLC及病理分期显著相关 (P <0 .0 5 )。p16基因阳性表达率与性别、年龄、病理分期、吸烟史、组织学类型和分化程度无显著相关 (P >0 .0 5 )。端粒酶活性与年龄呈负相关 ,并与 p5 3基因表达情况和病理分期有关 (P <0 .0 5 )。 结论 :端粒酶和 p5 Purpose:To study the expression of telomerase,p53 and p16 genes in non small cell lung cancer(NSCLC). Methods:The expression of telomerase, p53 and p16 genes were examined in 40 NSCLC cases by SP and TRAP methods, respectively. Results:The positive expression rates of telomerase,p53 and p16 genes in NSCLC were 92.5%, 37.5% and 66.7%, respectively. The positive expression rate of p53 gene correlated closely with the T and pathological staging of NSCLC ( P <0.05). No significant relationship was found among the positive expression rate of p16 gene and pathological stages, types of histology and levels of differentiation, sex, age, smoking history of patients( P > 0.05). Telomerase activity was correlated with the expression rate of p53 gene and pathological stages but negatively correlated with the ages of NSCLC patients( P <0.05). Conclusions:The expression of telomerase,p53 and p16 genes is related significantly with the progression of stage of NSCLC.
