目的 :为了鉴定自行制备的重组人血管生长素。方法 :采用凝胶扫描法分析纯度 ;ELISA等方法检测特异性 ;鸡胚绒毛尿囊膜实验检测生物活性 ,并与商品化标准品进行免疫结合性的对比研究。结果 :重组血管生长素纯度达 96% ,具有促进血管生长的生物活性 ;而且较标准品有理想的免疫结合性。结论 :该重组人血管生长素可用于进一步的实验和临床应用研究。
