趋化因子与朗格汉斯细胞 被引量:1

摘要 朗格汉斯细胞是皮肤中重要的抗原提呈细胞 ,能通过表达某些趋化因子如巨噬细胞炎性蛋白、巨噬细胞来源的趋化因子、巨噬细胞炎性蛋白 - 1α、单核细胞趋化蛋白、FK及一些趋化因子受体如CCR1、CCR5、CCR7等来促使其趋化至皮肤组织 ,摄取抗原后再通过淋巴管迁移至淋巴结T细胞区完成抗原提呈功能。近年来也发现了多种新的趋化因子并对其结构、功能有了初步认识。对朗格汉斯细胞与趋化因子关系的了解有利于加深对某些皮肤病如皮肤利什曼病、HIV的感染等发病机制的认识并提出新的治疗策略。
