摘要
目的 研究蜂王浆冻干粉对小鼠肿瘤的抑制作用。方法 按每公斤体重 0 g、0 .2 5 g、0 .5 0 g、0 .75g设对照及低、中、高 3个剂量组 ,经口给予蜂王浆冻干粉 30d后 ,接种小鼠肉瘤 180 (S180 )和艾氏癌腹水型 (EAC)两个瘤种。结果 在两次重复的小鼠S 180和EAC抑瘤试验中发现 :中剂量组瘤重明显低于阴性对照组 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,抑制率可达34 % ;中剂量组荷瘤小鼠平均生存时间均明显高于对照组 (P <0 .0 5 )。
Objective Objective To study the anti tumor effects of lyophilized royal jelly.Methods Kuming mice were planted with S180 and EAC tumor cells respectively, after they had been administered orally with daily 0, 0.25, 0.50 , and 0.75 g per kilogram of body weight of lyophilized royal jelly for 30 days, respectively. The above anti tumor experiment was repeated twice.Results The growth of S180 tumor in 0.50 g/kg.bw group was significantly inhibited ( P <0.05) and the inhibitory rate reached 23%. The survival period of the mice bearing EAC tumor in the same dosage group was much longer than that of the control group ( P <0.05).Conclusion These observations suggest that lyophilized royal jelly has an obvious anti tumor effect at certain concentrations.
