乳腺浸润性导管癌PCNA表达及与预后的关系

Expressions of Proliferating Cell Nuclear Antigen in Breast Invasive Ductal Cancer and its Prognostic Value

目的 探讨增殖细胞核抗原 (proliferatingcellnuclearantigen ,PCNA)在乳腺浸润性导管癌中表达与TNM分期及预后的关系。方法 应用免疫组织化学ABC法检测 10 0例乳腺浸润性导管癌PCNA的表达。结果 死亡组PCNA指数 (PI) (5 6 .5 %± 2 6 .5 4% )明显高于存活组PI(31.5 %± 2 6 .88% ,P <0 .0 1)。结论 PCNA表达可能是反映乳腺癌生物学行为及预后的重要指标。

Objective To investigate the relationship of the expressions of proliferating cell nuclear antigen (PCNA) in breast invasive ductal cancer with its prognosis.Methods Immuno histochemical ABC method was used to study PCNA expressions in 100 cases of breast invasive ductal cancer.Results The average PCNA index (PI) in the dead group was 56.5%±26.54% which was significantly higher than that in the surviving group (31.5%±26.88%, P <0.05).Conclusion PCNA might be an important marker reflecting the biological behavior and having prognostic value in breast cancer.
