基因工程双特异性抗体构建模式及其在肿瘤诊治中的应用

摘要 双特异性抗体是改善抗体治疗效果的发展方向之一 ,现已成为抗体工程研究领域的热点。随着分子生物学技术的迅速发展 ,出现了基因工程双特异性抗体的多种构建模式 ,并且有多种基因工程双特异性抗体制剂已经用于肿瘤的临床诊断和治疗试验。本文仅就这两方面的研究进展进行综述。
