安赛玛对老年慢性阻塞性肺病患者肺功能改善的临床观察 被引量:2

摘要 目的 :观察安赛玛 (多索茶碱 )对老年慢性阻塞性肺病患者肺功能的影响。方法 :32例老年慢性阻塞性肺病肺功能不良患者口服安赛玛 (0 .4~ 0 .8g/ d)治疗 1个月 ,应用肺功能仪检测其肺功能治疗后改善情况。结果 :治疗后较治疗前肺功能得到明显改善 (P<0 .0 5 )。结论 :安赛玛在有效缓解支气管痉挛的同时 。 Objective:To observe the effects of Doxofylline on lung function in aged patients with chronic obstruction pulmonary disease (COPD).Methods:Thirty two elderly patients with COPD were treated with Doxofylline (0.4~0.8 g) every day for one months.Clinical improvement of lung function was studied with pulmonary function analysis.Results:was improved significantly ( P <0 05) compared with that before. Conclusion: The results prove that Doxofylline treatment can remit bronchodilators and improve lung function in aged patients with COPD.
