输尿管肾镜气压弹道碎石术治疗男性尿道结石27例

The treatment of male urethral calculi with ballistic lithotripsy under ureteropyeloscopy (Report of 27 cases)

目的 :观察输尿管肾镜气压弹道碎石术治疗男性尿道结石的治疗效果。方法 :应用气压弹道碎石机经输尿管肾镜治疗男性尿道结石 2 7例。结果 :所有病例一次性治疗成功 ,平均碎石时间为 5 .4± 2 .2 m in,术后无明显出血、感染及尿道狭窄等并发症。结论 :输尿管肾镜气压弹道碎石术是治疗男性尿道结石较为理想的方法 ,具有高效、安全和容易操作的特点 ,值得推广应用。

Purpose:To evaluate the therapeutic effects of ballistic lithotripsy for the male urethral calculi.Method:27 cases of the male patients with urethral calculi were treated by ballistic lithotripsy under ureteropyeloscopy.Results:All the patients were treated successfully in a single procedure.The mean time of lithotripsy was 5.4 ± 2.2 mintes,No serious complication such as obvious hematuria,infection and urethral stricture occured.Conclusion:It is suggested that ballistic lithotripsy under ureteropyeloscopy is an effective and simple treatment for the male urethral calculi.
