摘要
目的 :探讨 b FGF及 PDGFR的表达与同种异体肾移植慢性排斥反应血管病变之间的关系。方法 :采用免疫组织化学 SP法研究 2 3例排斥肾组织、12例正常肾组织、14例远离癌的正常肾组织血管中 b FGF及PDGFR的表达。结果 :b FGF及 PDGFR在排斥组织血管平滑肌细胞、内膜层的表达明显高于正常及癌旁组织 ,差异有显著性意义 ,其中内膜层的差异较平滑肌层更为明显。结论 :b FGF及 PDGFR的表达可调控正常血管组织 ,过度表达与肾移植慢性排斥反应血管病变密切相关。
Purpose:To elucidate the relationship between the expression of bFGF,PDGFR and the vasculopathy of chronic renal rejection.Method:The expression of bFGF and PDGFR was investigated in 23 human chronic renal allograft rejection tissues,12 normal kidney tissues,14 adjacent non neoplastic tissues with immunohistochemistry SP method.Result:The expression of bFGF and PDGFR in the vascular smooth muscle and intima in the chronic renal allograft rejection tissues were significant higher than that in normal tissues,and adjacent non neoplastic tissues(P< 0.01 ).Conclusion:The expresssion of bFGF and PDGFR acted as a control role in normal vascular tissues,and there was a close relationship between the over expression of bFGF,PDGFR and the vasculopathy with the chronic human renal allograft rejection.
