摘要
本文用四种不同的方法制备脂质体 ,同时包裹12 5I -IL - 8。对不同方法制备的脂质体包裹12 5I -IL - 8的包封率进行对比。结果表明 :机械分散法、钙融合法、反相蒸发法制备的脂质体对12 5I -IL - 8的包封率依次增大。而用反相蒸发法和钙融合法联合制备的脂质体对12 5I -IL -
Liposome was made by four kinds of method, and 125 I-IL-8 was capsulated in it. The envelopment ratio of liposome made by different methods was compared. The result showed that the envelopment ratio of liposome made by mechanical dispersion, calcium-induced fusion, reverse-phase evaporation vesides was increased in turn. The envelopment ratio liposome made by combined calcium-induced fusion with reverse-phase evaporation was the highest in the four kinds of method.
