摘要
采用化学发光免疫分析法 (CLIA)和放射免疫分析法 (RIA)测定 36例肿瘤患者血清肿瘤标志物CA19-9、CA - 12 5、CA15 - 3、AFP、CEA。结果表明 ,这两种分析法测定值相关性良好 ,其相关系数 (r)分别为 0 .983、0 .980、0 .984、0 .983和 0 .833。研究结果提示 :CLIA的灵敏度、特异性和RIA完全相似 ,实现了分析程序自动化 ,并具有试剂稳定、标志物有效期长。
The levels of tumour markers comprising CA19-9, CA125, CA15-3, AFP and CEA were respectively determined by chemiluminescence immunoassay(CLIA) and RIA. The results demonstrate that the correlations were satisfactory and the correlation coefficients were 0.983, 0.980, 0.984, 0.983 and 0.833 respectively. It was showed that the sensitivity and specificness of both the techniqus were an essential similar. Moreover, CLIA has a realizable automatization in its analysis process. It is applicable to the determination of the levels on tumour markers with multitude.
