左半结肠癌致急性肠梗阻一期切除吻合术

One-stage resection and anastomosis for acute obstruction of left hemicolonic carcinoma

目的 :探讨左半结肠癌致急性结肠梗阻一期切除吻合术的疗效和可行性。方法 :运用术中结肠灌洗对 12例左半结肠癌致急性结肠梗阻患者行一期切除吻合术。结果 :12例患者全部达到一期愈合 ,术后无吻合口瘘发生。结论 :使用术中结肠灌洗行一期切除吻合术 ,对治疗左半结肠癌致急性结肠梗阻疗效好 ,方法可行。

Objective:To explore the effect and feasibility of one stage resection and anastomosis for acute obstruction of the left hemicolonic carcinoma.Methods:Twelve patients suffering from left hemicolonic carcinoma with acute obstruction were treated by colonic lavage in operation one stage resection and anastomosis.Results:All the patients healed by first intention and no anastomotic stoma fistula occured.Conclusions:Colonic lavage in operation,one stage resection and anastomosis is an effective and feasible approach for left hemicolonic carcinoma with acute obstruction.
