摘要 目的 研究碱性成纤维细胞生长因子在颌骨缺损愈合中的作用。方法 在 12只杂种狗中制作下颌骨缺损模型并分别植bFGF +自体髓和bFGF +bBMP ,并设置空白对照组 ,植入后 2、4、8、12周作组织学观察骨缺损区新骨形成情况。结果 早期成纤维细胞生长因子复合物成骨更好 ,较单纯对照成骨好 ,但到 8周后 ,所有实验组成骨无明显差异。 Objective To study the effect of basic fibroblast growth factor on healing mandibular defect. Methods 12 beagle dogs with mandibular defect were classified into three groups to implant with various graft bFGF+bone formation, bFGF+bBMP and no implant as control group. At 2, 4, 8 and 12 weeks after operation, the effect of defect repair were observed by histological analysis. Results Before 8 weeks, the composite consisting of bFGF stimulated more bone formation than of no implant as control group. At 8 weeks after operation, all experimental groups bone formation showed no significant difference. Conclusion bFGF is a promising bone substitute in clinical uses.
