白芍总苷治疗类风湿关节炎Ⅳ临床试验研究

Phase Ⅳ clinical trial of TGP in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis

目的 观察白芍总苷 (TGP)治疗类风湿关节炎(rheumatoidathritis ,RA)的疗效和不良反应。方法 TGP胶囊 30 0mg·粒-1,每次 2粒 ,每日 3次 ,疗程为 3个月。结果 共完成病例 31例 ,有效 17例 ,改善 5例 ,无效 8例 ,失访 1例 ,总有效率高达 73 3 % ,且能改善患者的所有临床症状、体征和血沉 ,副作用轻微 ,不良发生率为 3 3%。

Objective To observe the curative effect and side effects of total glucosides of paeony (TGP) in the treatment of rheumatioid arthritis. Methods TGP was taken orally, two capsual each time, three times a day and three months for a course. Results The effective cases were 17, improved cases were 5, and no effective cases were 8. The total effective rate of TGP in the therapy of RA was 73 3%. All clinical symptoms and some laboratory parameters(such as ESR) were improved. Side effects were milder, and tolerances were good. The rate of side effect was 3 3%. Conclusion TGP is a new drug with good effect and low toxicity to treat rheumatic diseases.
