摘要
目的 :研究自动板层角膜刀行同种异体板层角膜移植后角膜超微结构变化情况。方法 :将 34只大耳白兔随机分为三组进行实验。A组用自动板层角膜刀 ,B组用手工角膜刀 ,C组为正常对照组。结果 :自动板层角膜刀行板层角膜移植术后 ,角膜修复过程较手工角膜刀缩短 ,角膜透明度也得到了提高。结论
Objective:Ultrastructural changes in tissue restoration were observed after allogenic lamellar keratoplasty was perfomred with an automated corneal shaper and the results were compared with allogenic lameller keratoplaty using a manual corneal shaper.Methods:A total of 34 rabbits were randomly divided into 3 experimental groups. Auto lamellar keratoplasty was performed on rabbits in group A and group B; the automated corneal shaper was used on the former and the manual corneal shaper was used on the latter group. Group C was the control group.Results:The results showed that corneal tissue recovered more quickly and corneal transparency improved more after allogenic lameller keratoplasty surgery using the automated corneal shaper than for surgery using the manual corneal shaper.Conclusion:The results indicate that the automated corneal shaper can be used for allogenic lamellar keratoplasty.
