A型肉毒杆菌毒素治疗眼睑及面肌痉挛

Treatment of blepharospasm and hemifacial spasm with botulinum A toxin

目的 :评价A型肉毒杆菌毒素治疗眼睑痉挛及面肌痉挛的临床疗效。方法 :对 5 6例眼睑痉挛、面肌痉挛患者进行局部A型肉毒杆菌毒素的治疗。结果 :19例单纯眼睑痉挛患者中完全缓解者 4例 (占 2 1.0 % )、明显缓解者 12例 (占 6 3.2 % )、部分缓解者 3例 (占 15 .8% )。合并面肌痉挛 37例中完全缓解者 2 0例 (占5 4.1% )、明显缓解者 10例 (占 2 7.0 % )、部分缓解者 7例 (占 18.9% )。药效作用时间 :眼睑痉挛平均 10 .5周 ;面肌痉挛平均 14.2周。无过敏反应 ,可重复注射。结论 :A型肉毒杆菌毒素是一种安全、有效、可靠的制剂 ,治疗方法简单 ,可以作为治疗眼睑痉挛及面肌痉挛的首选方法 。

Objective:To evaluate the effectiveness of botulinum A toxin in treating blepharospasm and hemifacial spasms.Methods:56 patients with blepharospasm or hemifacial spasm were treated with local injections of small doses of botulinum A toxin.Results:56 patients experienced rapid relief or alleviation of symptoms. No allergic reaction was noted when botulinum A toxin was used repeatedly.Conclusion:The therapy is safe and effective as a simple and easy alternative to surgical intervention. It is worth encouraging it use for the treatment of blepharospasm and hemifacial spasms.
