钠长石用于制造陶瓷磨具的研究

摘要 为了开发利用长石资源,本文用钠长石含量不同(由6.94%增加到83.56%)的六种长石原料配制烧熔和烧结结合剂,对其进行各项性能的试验研究。研究结果认为钠长石可以代替钾长石作烧熔结合剂刚玉磨具的原料,但它不能代替钾长石作烧结结合剂的原料。若要两者都能适应,长石原料中纳长石含量必须小于33.72%(化学成份Na_2O含量小于3.98%)。还提出了要使烧熔结合剂刚玉磨具的抗拉强度值最高,长石原料的Na_2O含量控制在3.46~3.98%之间为最佳。 In order to make good use of feldspar resourses in HenanProvince, experimental analysis are made on the perfomances of vitri-fied bond and sintered bond prepared with feldspar containing differ-ent amount of albite (6.94%~83.56%). The results show that, albitecan be used in lieu of potash feldspar in preparing vitrified bond forthe making of fused alumima wheel. But it can't replace potash feldsparin preparing sintered bond. It is also proposed that, feldspar with analbite content of no more than 33.72% (NaO_2 content<3.98%) is suit-able to both kinds of bond. If you want to get a best tensile strengthfor making vitrified bonded fused alumina wheel, the albite contentin feldspar must be controlled within a range off 3.46~3.98%.
