摘要 目的 探讨p16,cyclinD1,cdk4在卵巢癌中的表达及其意义。方法 免疫组织化学检测p16,cyclinD1,cdk4蛋白在卵巢癌中的表达 ,原位杂交检测p16和cyclinD1在卵巢癌中的存在状况。结果 p16在卵巢癌中低表达 ,cyclinD1和cdk4过度表达 ;p16与cdk4呈负相关关系 (P <0 0 5 ) ,cyclinD1与cdk4呈正相关关系 (P <0 0 5 )。结论 卵巢癌发生机制可能涉及p16,cyclinD1,cdk4调节环路中多个基因的异常 ,p16低表达和cyclinD1高表达一起在卵巢癌发生中起协同作用。 Objective To study the express ion of p16,cyclin D1, cdk4 and their significance in overian carcinoma. Methods Expression of p16, cyclinD 1 and cdk4 was studied by immunchistochemi stry and in situ hybridization. Results Overexpression of cyc lin D1 and cdk4 were revealed in these samples and p16 was undertectable. Ther e was a negative correlation between p16 and cdk4 in these samples ( P<0 .05); there was a positive relation between cyclin D1 and cdk4 (P<0.05) . Conclusion Abnormality of many genes in the regulatory pathwa y of p16 and cyclin D1/cdk4 may be involved in the molecular mechanism of overia n car cinoma. Both underexpression of p16 and overexpression of cyclin D1 are important.
