摘要
本文用粉末覆盖沉积法在金刚石表面生成了碳化铬。利用X射线及电子衍射结构分析,配合扫描电镜形貌观察,研究了磷化铬生成的动力学及在金刚石表面上生长的物理机制,从而揭示了金刚石表面金属化的机理。
A chromium carbide film on diamond surface has beenformed by powder cover deposition technique. Using X-ray and electr-on diffraction structure analysis and SEM topography observation, thekinetics and physical mechanism of chromium carbide growth on diam-ond surface are researched. Thus, mechanism of metallization on di-amond surface is also explained.
