四种粘固剂对铸造冠边缘适合性影响的比较研究 被引量:1

摘要 对临床常用的四种粘固剂对铸造冠边缘适合性的影响进行了对比研究。将 2 4颗新拔出的完整恒前磨牙用于实验 ,结果表明 ,四组铸造冠在粘固前边缘垂直缝隙无显著性差异 (P>0 .0 5 )。粘固前后玻璃离子粘固剂和磷酸锌粘固剂粘固的铸造冠边缝隙无显著性差异 (P>0 .0 5 ) ,聚羧酸锌与超微填料复合树脂粘固剂粘固的铸造冠边缘缝隙有明显著性差异 (P<0 .0 0 0 1) ,粘固后边缘缝隙由小到大依次为玻璃离子 (GI)组、磷酸锌粘固剂(ZP)组、聚羧酸锌固剂 (PC)组、超微填料复合树脂 (SCR)组。认为临床上应根据不同粘固剂的特性选用适当的粘固剂 ,以达到较理想的治疗效果。 There are number of adhesive luting agents can be used to cast restorations clinically Due to the differing physical and chemical properties of various material,the film thickness of different adhesive luting agents is wildely different,which affects the marginal seating of cast restorations directly This comparative study determined the effect of several adhensive luting agents on the marginal seating of cast restorations 24 freshly extracted intact human premolar were used in this study Analysis of variavce demostrated that the marginal openings of the different groups were not significantly different before cementation The marginal openings of glass fonmer cement(GI)and zinc phosphate cement(ZP)were not significantly differnet before and after cementation But zinc polycarbdxylate cement(PC)and super filled compound resin(SCR),however,sigificantly different before and after cementation The results indicats that sigificnat differences in marginal seating are created by various luting agents to casting crowns to human teeth The ranking from least to greatest marginal opening is glass ionomer cement,zinc phosphate ccement,zinc polycarboxylate cemnt,and finally the super filled compound resin,which resul in greater marginal opening than the other luting agents
