摘要
硼铸铁的切削加工存在刀具寿命低,表面粗糙度差等问题。本文从各种刀具材料入手,通过试验对比,证明立方氮化硼比金刚石和硬质合金刀具更适合加工硼铸铁,并对立方氯化硼刀具的切削性能进行了试验研究。
Short working life of cutter and high ground surfaceroughness have been being difficulties during the cutting of boride castiron In this paper tests are performed on various kinds of cutter mate-rials. It is proved that, compared with diamond and cemented carbide,CBN is more suitable for the working of such material. Studies are alsomade on the cutting performances of CBN cutter.
