摘要
本文在简述了AGA782型红外热像仪工作原理的基础上,以平面磨削温度的测量为例,探讨了该仪器在机械加工领域中的应用;分析了影响磨削温度测试精度的因素及该仪器的适用范围。
Based on a brief introduction of measuring principle ofthe AGA782 Thermovision, as an example, surface grinding temperaturewas measured and application of thermovision in mechanical machiningfield was studied. Further more, main factors which may affect measu-ring precision of grinding temperature and the suitable application ran-ge of the thermovision are both analyzed.
