摘要
粘附是磨削钛合金时的一个特殊现象,也是钛合金磨削加工性差的基本原因。本文通过对磨削过程的显微跟踪观察、砂轮表面粘附物和工件表面形貌的扫描电镜分析,建立了粘附物形成过程的模型。基于此模型,文章给出了几种改善钛合金磨削加工性的有效措施。
In grinding of titanium alloys, adhesion of chip to the
surface of wheel is a particular phenomenon and a basic reason of poor
grindability of titanium alloys. In this paper, adhesion procedure pattern
was established through the micro-tracing observation on grinding
process and scanning electron microscope analysis on both adhesion
material on wheel surface and workpiece surface topography. Based on
this pattern, several approaches to improve titanium alloy's grindabi-
lity were put forward.
