舒福宁治疗抗精神病药所致异常心电图疗效对照研究

Study on the curative effect of Shu Fu Ning on treating the abnormal EKG caused by the intake of anti - psychotic drugs.

[目的]验证中成药舒福宁(醋柳黄酮片)治疗抗精神病药所致异常心电图临床疗效;[方法]选择既往心电图正常,在服用抗精神病药后心电图有改变的68例住院精神分裂症患者,分成治疗组和对照组进行比较;[结果]舒福宁有较好的临床治疗效果,二组比较差异有非常显著性;[结论]舒福宁疗效肯定、持久、温和、无任何副作用,值得临床一用。

[Objective] To test the curative effect of Shu Fu Ning on treating the abnormal EKG caused by the intake of anti - psychotic drugs. [Method] 68 patients who had normal EKG but got abnormal after the intake of anti - psychotic drugs were selected. They were divided into treatment group and contrast group and were compared. [Result] Good clinical curative effect was found. Difference between the two groups was significant. [Conclusion] Shu Fu Ning has a positive, permanent and mild effect. It doesn't have any adverse effect and is worthy of applying.
